We're accepting cover letters, CVs, and portfolios for the following positions:

  • Being an Account Manager at Versa is like being a human form of electricity. Similar to an electric circuit, you connect our creative team with our clients using your keen problem-solving and excellent communication skills. You are energized and confident at all times. Why? Because you help excite our clients by presenting them with polished campaigns and opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work directly with clients and collaborate with the creative team to achieve our client’s’ goals
    • Offer strategic direction and project execution methods to clients
    • Manage multiple projects at once across all departments (Copywriting, Graphic Design, and Development)
    • Demonstrate what Versa Creative has to offer to prospective clients in presentations and meetings

    General Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in agency account management a plus (please provide valid references)
    • Experience in marketing or advertising, including merchandising, print, point-of-sale materials, and online (websites, email marketing, etc.)
    • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and clients at once in a team setting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Public speaking
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus

  • A Front-End Web Developer sees the world in code. Much like the best architects, a great developer uses current online trends to construct websites that feel welcoming and flow naturally from page to page. Working with graphic designers, web specialists, and copywriters, you will represent our clients online. And in an increasingly online world, a website is likely a customer’s first impression of a company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Code website mockups and email blasts created by our design team
    • Ability to take a design and convert it into a working WordPress theme
    • Refine and improve the production process
    • Coordinate version control of design files and assets

    General Requirements:

    • Portfolio of work that demonstrates coding skills
    • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, user interfaces, and web standards and usability
    • Ability to implement website concepts within specific parameters
    • Solid understanding of design pitfalls, especially with regards to web standards and browser compatibility issues
    • BS/BA/AD degree preferred


    • 3 to 5 years of HTML/CSS experience
    • Proficient with WordPress CMS
    • UX Design & Development with SEO best practices
    • Working knowledge of the following:
      • Java Script (JQuery)
      • Responsive Web Design
      • CSS-based table-less layouts
      • Cross browser compatibility and understanding of accessibility
      • Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator & Adobe Dreamweaver
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • We are seeking someone who looks at the web and sees more than shopping. We want a specialist that helps get those shopping sites and cute cat videos noticed by the right people. Do you love researching and thinking strategically? Then you just might be our next PPC intern.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Identify and fully manage successful Google AdWords accounts
    • Create and manage successful PPC campaigns
    • Setup and analyze Google Analytics
    • Work with SEO team and account managers to enhance campaigns
    • Communicate campaign performance to team leaders and clients


    • Must have digital marketing experience
    • Certification in Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Bing Ads is a definite plus
    • Strong understanding of AdWords Editor and campaign organization
    • Strong organization skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
    • Critical thinking with advanced analytical and problem solving skills
    • Advanced Excel use and understanding of Pivot Tables
    • Knowledge in event and call tracking for AdWords campaigns
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly driven, self-motivated, and independent work ethic
    • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business
